New update of Bopup Communication Server

New version 4.3.5 of the communication server is now available for download. This is minor but important update that fixes issues with selection of a huge amount of messages from archive in the console. We noticed that prior versions of the IM server could freeze and hung up if a lot of data is selected in Pending, Delivered, Deleted or Search for Messages views. The new update of the server application selects and shows messages and file transfers faster and with no issues.

Another fix of version 4.3.5 is about exporting Message History to a text file. Since interface of the Management Console shows IP addresses both for recipient and sender we added that information for export too.

Bopup Scanner version 2.1.8 comes with minor improvements

Our Bopup Scanner application does not relate to Bopup IM suite. It is a free network scanner that lets you easily and quickly scan your LAN and show MAC with IP addresses, workstations names and even logged users on remote computers. The scanner depends on NetBIOS protocol installed over TCP/IP and supports multiple network adapters (cards) installed on a local computer.

New version of Bopup Scanner software fixes minor issues and opens Options dialog box on it's first startup to allow to choose network interface to use for a scan and IP range, if it is needed.

New version of our free network scanner software

Do you know that we also have Bopup Scanner freeware product? That network utility is a useful tool for network administrators and users who want to explore their local area network (LAN) and to find all available computers within IP and MAC addresses, logged user names from NetBIOS table. The scanner also recognizes and displays HTTP (Web) servers running on remote computers on a LAN by scanning 80 and 8080 TCP/IP ports.

New version 2.1.6 fixes a critical error which may occur immediately after the scan process completes.
