We need to inform our clients and customers that today, 11th January 2014, new version of the communication server has been released.
Version 4.3.1 comes with a great addition that allows to chat online with our technical support representative directly from Management Console application! Of course the new feature requires an Internet connection from the server computer, and chat form dialog can be called by clicking particular button on the main toolbar. So it is possible to send us feedback, issues or get a help from us inside the server software without having an Internet browser application opened.
This version of the IM server also fixed issues with connection from the messenger client if a user account has "Disregard settings file" option enabled in his profile. That option was added a few versions ago so we strongly advise our customers to check it and update the server software if both the settings file is uploaded through the console and the option is used for any user account.
