Live Chat is temporary unavailable

We need to inform our clients and customers that Live Chat form on our websites and the support chat in Management Console app of Bopup Communication Server is temporary unavailable due to discontinued support of this application by it's software vendor. We used an app called Zoho Chat.

We were reported by our customers that they could not contact us instantly via Live Chat and messages sent by them were with no response. We also noticed that the messages does not arrive us even clients are able to see messages sent to them. Currently we are working on changing the application for our Live Chat form. Hope we will find a proper solution as soon as possible.
